The Management of SITTA silleria de Oficina, S.L.L., a company dedicated to the design, development, production, and after-sales service of office seating, aware of the importance that quality and environmental conservation hold as key factors in the competitiveness and sustainability of the company, adopts and publishes the following guidelines as its QUALITY, ENVIRONMENT, AND ECODESIGN POLICY.
1.- SITTA sillería de oficina, S.L.L. defines and assumes quality as the supply of products and services that meet the needs and expectations of the customer at a cost that represents the value of the product and service provided, while being environmentally friendly throughout their entire life cycle.
2.- The management system implemented at SITTA silleria de Oficina, S.L.L. will comply with the requirements of the UNE-EN-ISO-9001 “Quality Management Systems” Standard, the UNE-EN ISO 14001 “Environmental Management Systems” Standard, and the UNE-EN ISO 14006 “Guidelines for Incorporating Ecodesign” Standard.
3.- The improvement of our quality and environmental performance is a continuous, planned, and systematic process based on the detection, analysis, and elimination or minimization of the causes of errors reported or detected in both our products and our service delivery processes. To verify the effectiveness of the management system, quality and environmental objectives will be established.
4.- The improvement of quality in our products and services and our environmental performance is a shared task by all company personnel, starting with Management, which will set the behavioral guidelines to follow.
5.- Much of the success of the implemented MANAGEMENT SYSTEM will depend on its knowledge and understanding by all staff. Therefore, Management commits to communicating and raising awareness among personnel regarding these principles, as well as making them available to the general public. Likewise, personnel training will be a fundamental point in the MANAGEMENT SYSTEM.
6.- SITTA sillería de oficina, S.L.L. commits to managing its environmental aspects responsibly and carefully, directing its actions toward active pollution prevention to minimize the harmful impacts that our Company or products may generate on the environment.
7.- To continuously improve the environmental and ecodesign performance of the designed chairs throughout their life cycle, without shifting adverse environmental impacts from one stage of the life cycle to another or from one category to another.
8.- SITTA sillería de oficina, S.L.L. commits to complying with applicable legislation, environmental regulations, and other requirements in all its activities, products, and services related to environmental aspects.
This policy will be periodically reviewed and adapted, if deemed necessary, following the Management Review.
