Konplet ESD
The Konplet ESD chair allows working in areas protected against electrostatic discharges, complying with the EN 61340 5-1 standard without losing its ergonomic excellence. It incorporates specific elements to channel the accumulation of electrical charges to the ground from the backrest and seat.
In the backrest, its high-conductivity upholstery distributes the charges and transmits them through stainless steel electrodes, cables, and tooth washers to the mechanism. In the seat, charges are guided by electrodes toward a stainless steel collector. Finally, the mechanism channels the electricity through a special pneumatic column to the aluminum base and to ground via five antistatic castors.
